1 triệu lít xăng không hóa đơn, chứng từ bị công an Nghệ An bắt giữ


Công an tỉnh Nghệ An cho biết, đơn vị vừa đấu tranh thành công Chuyên án 322X, bắt giữ 5 tàu thủy tàng trữ, vận chuyển 1.000.000 lít xăng không có hóa đơn, chứng từ chứng minh nguồn gốc, xuất xứ.

Đầu tháng 3 năm 2022, cơ quan chức năng phát hiện, xác minh trên địa bàn thị xã Cửa Lò, tỉnh Nghệ An có đường dây sử dụng các phương tiện tàu thủy mua bán, vận chuyển, tàng trữ trái phép xăng dầu với số lượng lớn. Ngay sau đó, công an tỉnh Nghệ An đã xác lập chuyên án đấu tranh, triệt phá.

Ngày 23/03/2022, tại khu vực bến cảng của Công ty TNHH Tân Xuân thuộc Khối 2, phường Nghi Tân, thị xã Cửa Lò, công an tỉnh Nghệ An tổ chức khám xét trụ sở và 5 phương tiện tàu thủy của doanh nghiệp kể trên do Hoàng Cảnh Tuấn (sinh năm 1981, trú tại Khối 2, phường Nghi Tân, thị xã Cửa Lò, tỉnh Nghệ An) làm giám đốc. 

Trong quá trình khám xét 5 phương tiện, phát hiện các đối tượng trên tàu Xuân Sơn 05 (số hiệu NA2799) của Công ty TNHH Tân Xuân khởi động máy, điều khiển tàu chạy trốn ra biển. Ngay lập tức, công an tỉnh Nghệ An đã đề nghị Thủy đoàn 1, Cục Cảnh sát giao thông, Bộ Công an phối hợp truy đuổi và bắt giữ được phương tiện khi đang trên đường chạy trốn. 

Tại thời điểm bắt giữ, các đơn vị chức năng phát hiện trên tàu Xuân Sơn 05 (số hiệu NA2799), có 3 người, gồm thuyền trưởng Trần Đức Lý (sinh năm 1960, trú tại xã Sơn Hải, huyện Quỳnh Lưu, tỉnh Nghệ An) cùng 2 thuyền viên.

Kết quả kiểm tra 5 phương tiện tàu thủy tại bến cảng của Công ty TNHH Tân Xuân, Công an tỉnh Nghệ An phát hiện trong khoang trên các phương tiện tàu thủy có chứa tổng cộng 1 triệu lít xăng không có hóa đơn, chứng từ chứng minh nguồn gốc, xuất xứ. 

Tại trụ sở Công ty TNHH Tân Xuân, Công an tỉnh Nghệ An thu giữ nhiều tài liệu có liên quan đến các hoạt động mua bán, vận chuyển, tàng trữ xăng dầu không rõ nguồn gốc, xuất xứ.

Bước đầu, các đối tượng trên 5 phương tiện bị kiểm tra khai nhận, toàn bộ 1 xăng trên tàu Xuân Sơn 05 được các đối tượng mua từ các tàu thủy đậu ở gần khu vực phao số 0 thuộc vùng biển thị xã Cửa Lò, tỉnh Nghệ An. Trong số 5 phương tiện bị lực lượng công an kiểm tra, có 4 phương tiện làm nhiệm vụ mua xăng trên các vùng biển rồi vận chuyển về cảng, phương tiện còn lại làm nhiệm vụ là kho chứa xăng.

Hiện, vụ việc đang được công an tỉnh Nghệ An xác minh, điều tra làm rõ để xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật.
