Đà Nẵng kích cầu các đoàn khách MICE


Đoàn khách với hơn 720 người tham dự hội nghị “Kinh doanh toàn quốc 2022” đã được ngành Du lịch chào đón tại Sân bay Quốc tế Đà Nẵng vào chiều ngày 09/3 với sự góp mặt của Tân Hoa hậu Du lịch Đà Nẵng Trần Nguyên Minh Thư. Đoàn khách đến Đà Nẵng tham dự hội nghị “Kinh doanh toàn quốc 2022” và thực hiện chương trình tham quan, giao lưu cùng đoàn Bảo Việt Nhân Thọ do Saigontourist tổ chức tại Đà Nẵng từ 09 – 12/3/2022. Đây là năm thứ hai liên tiếp, đoàn khách của Bảo Việt Nhân Thọ được Sở Du lịch TP. Đà Nẵng tiếp đón trân trọng với chính sách MICE.

Bà Huỳnh Thị Hương Lan, Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm xúc tiến Du lịch Đà Nẵng, cho biết “Việc đón tiếp các đoàn khách lớn tham dự các hội nghị, hội thảo, tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng (MICE), cụ thể là đoàn hơn 720 khách của Bảo Việt Nhân Thọ là dấu hiệu cho thấy du lịch Đà Nẵng đang phục hồi mạnh mẽ và Đà Nẵng là điểm đến được lựa chọn hàng đầu về du lịch nói chung và du lịch MICE nói riêng. Bên cạnh đó, lần đầu tiên Đà Nẵng chính thức có Hoa hậu Du lịch vừa đăng quang cùng tham gia đón đoàn, với mong muốn truyền thông điệp một Đà Nẵng thân thiện, trẻ trung và mến khách”.

Trước đó, chiều 7/3, ngành Du lịch Đà Nẵng cũng đã chào đón đoàn khách MICE với hơn 700 khách đến Đà Nẵng tham dự “Hội nghị MDRT toàn quốc 2022” của Manulife Việt Nam được tổ chức tại Đà Nẵng từ 07 – 9/3/202 để vinh danh những đại lý bảo hiểm xuất sắc nhất đạt danh hiệu MDRT (Bàn tròn triệu đô).

Được biết, thời gian gần đây Đà Nẵng đã được chọn làm điểm đến cho sự kiện lớn của các hãng bảo hiểm. Đến giữa tháng 3/2022, sẽ có ít nhất 3 sự kiện có trên 700 khách được tổ chức tại Đà Nẵng. Tiếp theo Hội nghị MDRT toàn quốc 2022, Manulife Việt Nam cũng chọn Đà Nẵng để tổ chức chương trình giao lưu và hội nghị chuyên đề khởi động năm kinh doanh 2022 cho hơn 900 nhân sự bảo hiểm cả nước từ ngày 15 – 18/3/2022. Các khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng 4 – 5 sao ven biển Đà Nẵng được chọn làm địa điểm lưu trú và tổ chức sự kiện cho đoàn như Grand Sheraton Đà Nẵng, Pullman Danang, DLG, Paris Deli và Belle Maison.

Để kích cầu các đoàn khách MICE có số lượng lớn đến Đà Nẵng, thành phố thực hiện chính sách MICE năm 2022, đối với các đoàn khách từ 700 người trở lên được thành phố chào đón tại sân bay và bố trí xe dẫn đường từ sân bay về đến khách sạn lưu trú và được nhận quà lưu niệm từ UBND thành phố. Ngoài ra, các đoàn khách có nhu cầu tổ chức sự kiện trên bãi biển sẽ được Ban Quản lý bán đảo Sơn Trà và các bãi biển du lịch Đà Nẵng bố trí địa điểm cũng như hỗ trợ về an ninh trật tự và vệ sinh bãi biển. Với các sự kiện có yếu tố nước ngoài, Sở Ngoại vụ hỗ trợ đoàn trong việc cấp phép tổ chức hội nghị, hội thảo trong thời gian nhanh nhất.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Lan, Giám đốc Truyền thông Grand Sheraton Đà Nẵng chia sẻ, “Với chủ trương thích ứng linh hoạt và sẵn sàng mở cửa du lịch từ thành phố, chúng tôi đang thấy những tín hiệu tích cực về các đoàn khách đến với Đà Nẵng. Chúng tôi phối hợp với đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện để lên giải pháp tối ưu nhất cho an toàn của sự kiện và đảm bảo sự kiện diễn ra tốt đẹp”.
