Thanh tra 6 dự án của công ty Thái Dương tại Quảng Nam
Tại Thông báo số 471 về kết luận cuộc họp giao ban ngày 18/10/2021 giữa Chủ tịch và các Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Nam, một trong số nội dung của văn bản này là việc ông Lê Trí Thanh, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh, yêu cầu Sở Xây dựng tổ chức thanh tra việc triển khai thực hiện 06 dự án, do Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Xây dựng và Dịch vụ Thái Dương (Thái Dương) làm chủ đầu tư trên địa bàn tỉnh.
Đồng thời, Sở Xây dựng đánh giá cụ thể năng lực của công ty Thái Dương, tiến độ, khả năng triển khai thực hiện các dự án và báo cáo UBND tỉnh xem xét, quyết định.
Trước đó, Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Quảng Nam đã có Báo cáo số 520 (ngày 11/10/2021) về điều chỉnh tiến độ thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà ở Khu đô thị Ngân Câu Villa (phường Điện Ngọc, thị xã Điện Bàn) – một dự án của công ty Thái Dương.
Ngoài ra, công ty Thái Dương cũng đề nghị được điều chỉnh tiến độ thực hiện dự án Khu dân cư phố chợ Trường Xuân (phường Trường Xuân, TP. Tam Kỳ) và dự án Khu dân cư Quảng Lăng (tại Đô thị mới Điện Nam – Điện Ngọc, thị xã Điện Bàn), theo Báo cáo số 502 (ngày 04/10/2021) của Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Quảng Nam.
UBND tỉnh Quảng Nam đã thống nhất điều chỉnh tiến độ thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà ở Khu dân cư phố chợ Trường Xuân đến hết quý 3/2022 (giãn tiến độ thêm 12 tháng so với tiến độ đã được UBND tỉnh chấp thuận tại Công văn số 6035, ngày 23/10/2018).
Yêu cầu công ty Thái Dương (chủ đầu tư) tích cực phối hợp với địa phương trong công tác bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng, khẩn trương hoàn thành toàn bộ hồ sơ, thủ tục có liên quan theo quy định, đảm bảo đưa dự án vào hoạt động theo đúng tiến độ đã được UBND tỉnh thống nhất.
Đối với dự án dự án Khu dân cư Quảng Lăng, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Nam giao UBND thị xã Điện Bàn chủ trì, phối hợp với Sở Xây dựng, chủ đầu tư rà soát lại quy hoạch, sự cần thiết triển khai dự án này để đề xuất việc tiếp tục thực hiện dự án hoặc chấm dứt thực hiện, điều chỉnh sang đất công cộng, chỉnh trang đô thị.
